These spring inspired cocktails made with Maestro Dobel Silver and Diamante Tequilas offer a balance of bright real fruit juices with the distinctive notes of each expression.
- 2 oz. Maestro Dobel Silver Tequila!
- 1 oz. Tart Cherry Juice
- 1/2 oz. Fresh Lime Juice
- bar spoon Raw Agave
Preparation: Build in tin, shake and fine strain into Old Fashioned glass filled with ice.
Garnish: Ancho chili/Himilayan sea salt rim, edible flower.
- 1 1/2 oz. Maestro Dobel Diamante Tequila
- 1/2 oz. Grapefruit Juice
- 3 dashes Fee Brothers Peach Bitters
- 1/2 sp. Rose Water
- bar spoon Agave
Preparation: Add all ingredients to tin, shake/strain into champagne flute, top with champagne.
Garnish: Grapefruit Twist.
