This perfect autumnal cocktail was developed by bartender Kaitlin Ryan, of The Vault Garden in San Francisco, in honor of Sagamore Spirit’s RyeDay the 13th! Sagamore Spirit is continuing their tradition of celebrating every Friday the 13th by putting on a sweepstakes like no other! This year the brand is giving away the equivalent of a barrel of whiskey and a VIP tasting experience at their award-winning waterfront distillery in Baltimore!
All Aboard the Spice Train

Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 oz. Sagamore Spirit Signature Rye Whiskey
- 1 oz. Spiced Pear Shrub
- 3/4 oz. Lemon Juice
- 3/4 oz. Fenugreek Syrup
- 3/4 oz. Egg White
- 1/2 oz. Oloroso Sherry
- 1 dash Cardamom Bitters
- Cardamom Powder to garnish
Preparation: Add all ingredients into a shaker, dry shake to combine egg white with other ingredients, add ice and shake vigorously until cold, double strain into a coupe glass, garnish with cardamom powder.
