Ingredients:

• 1 1/2 oz. Fino Sherry
• 1 oz. Vya Extra Dry Vermouth
• 1 oz. Cocktail Artist Manhattan Mix
• Orange peel (for Garnish)

Preparation: Stir and strain into a Martini glass. Garnish with an orange peel.

Ingredients:

• 4 Raspberries (Muddled)
• 1 1/2 oz. Blended Scotch
• 1 oz. Vya Sweet Vermouth
• 1 oz. Cocktail Artist Manhattan Mix
• 3/4 oz. Egg White
• 3/4 oz. Cocktail Artist Lemon Juice
• 1/5 oz. Cocktail Artist Simple Syrup
• dash of Angostura Bitters (to Top)

Preparation: Double shake and double strain into a Collins glass filled with ice. Top with dash of Angostura Bitters and garnish with fresh raspberries.
