Queenie’s Penicillin Cocktail

Queenies Penicillin Cocktail  

Ingredients: 

  • 2 oz. Johnny Walker Black 
  • 1/4 oz. Peat Monster 
  • 1/2 oz. Ginger REAL Syrup (2:1) 
  • 1/2 oz. honey syrup (2 parts honey: 1 part water) 
  • 1 oz. lemon juice 

Preparation: Combine ingredients in a shaker tin, add ice, and shake hard for 6 seconds. Strain into cocktail glass over fresh ice in a double Old Fashioned glass. Garnish with lemon peel.
