Elderflower Fizz

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz. NOLET’S Silver
  • 1 oz. Aperol
  • 2 oz. St. Germaine
  • 1 oz. Lemon Juice
  • 1/2 oz. Simple Syrup
  • 1 oz. Water
  • 2 Egg Whites
  • Top off with St. Germaine Foam

Ingredients:

  • 1 oz. NOLET’S Silver
  • 1 oz. Cocchi Americano
  • 1/4 oz. Lemon Juice
  • 2 oz. Coconut Water
  • Splash of Simple Syrup
  • 1 tsp. Coconut Nectar

The Flirt

Ingredients:

  • 1 oz. NOLET’S Silver Dry Gin
  • 1/4 oz. St. Germaine Liqueur
  • Brut Champagne
  • 2 Drops Rose Water
  • 6-8 Pomegranate Seeds

Preparation: Shake the first two ingredients with ice and strain into a champagne flute. Top with brut sparkling wine and add drops of rose water. Garnish with 6-8 pomegranate seeds.
