The Taproot Cocktail


  • 3 oz. Alibi American Whiskey
  • 2 oz. Ransom Sweet Vermouth
  • 1 oz. Fresh Beet Juice
  • 1 oz. Fresh Carrot Juice
  • 1/2 tsp. Balsamic Vinegar

Preparation: In a shaker add ice, ingredients, serve on the rocks in a highball glass.
