  • 6 oz. Earl Grey tea
  • 2 oz. Angel’s Envy Bourbon
  • 1 oz. of Honey
  • 1 tsp. of Cloves
  • pinch of Cinnamon
  • 1 sprig of Rosemary
  • splash of Fresh Lemon Juice

Preparation: The preparation of the cocktail requires using a food-safe blow torch to lightly char the rosemary and the cinnamon. If time allows, the glass is placed above the still smoking ingredients to capture the smoke and flavors on the surface of the glass. The lemon is added last after covering it in fresh cloves to add the finishing touch and a fresh scent with each sip – this helps to keep the smoky flavors on the palate with the fresh lemon and cloves creating a unique aroma.
