Must Mix: Southside Rickey Bottled Cocktail

By Chilled Magazine

Seersucker Southern Style Gin’s master distiller, Trey Azar, is all about entertaining with a side of southern charm and hospitality.

To quickly serve guests in his home or easily take his homemade cocktails on-the-go, Azar created a batched and bottled version of his popular Southside Rickey recipe.

Mixed with Seersucker Southern Style Gin, mint, lime, simple syrup and a splash of Topo Chico, the Southside Rickey is a true crowd pleaser. Azar’s bottled version of the cocktail serves four and can be made in advance, so you can spend your time enjoying company during your next spring soiree instead of playing bartender.
