Mondrian South Beach has just launched their new cocktail menu and it includes a cocktail that combines two interesting up and coming trends, maple and swizzle.
The Serenity Swizzle is on point for it’s swizzling and due to the fact that maple is trending as a sweetener in cocktails and especially relevant as we head into fall.
Mix one up for yourself.
- 1 1/2 oz. Camomile-Maple Infused Hennessy
- 1 1/2 oz. Apple Juice
- 1/2 oz. Lemon Juice
- 1/2 oz. Simple Syrup
- 1 dash Angostura Bitters
- Muddled Tarragon
Preparation: Swizzled and served Over Crushed Ice, Garnished with a Camomile Tincture, Apple Slices, and Tarragon Sprig.
