Must Mix: Seersucker Smooch

Welcome 2018 with a touch of bubbly and a little southern hospitality.
The Seersucker Smooch features Texas-made Seersucker Southern Style Gin, St-Germain, Aperol, lemon juice, a dash of Peychaud’s bitters, and is finished with a healthy pour of Brut Crémant.
Seersucker Smooch

Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 oz. Seersucker Gin
- 1/4 oz. St-Germain
- 1/4 oz. Aperol
- 1/2 oz. Lemon Juice
- 1 dash Peychaud’s Bitters
- 3 oz. Brut Crémant
- Lemon Twist
Preparation: Pour the Seersucker, St-Germain, aperol, lemon juice, and bitters into a shaker. Add ice, and shake. Strain into a champagne glass. Fill with Brut Crémant (or your choice of bubbly). Garnish with a lemon twist.
