While Miami may not get a true winter, Komodo has created their version of a winter cocktail, The Secret Garden, made with white rum, multiple fruit purees, sake, and Coco Lopez.
“The Secret Garden” cocktail has a coconut dusted rim and coconut meringue stick sure to bring out your holiday feels.
The Secret Garden
- 2 oz. Havana Club White Rum
- 1/4 oz. Strawberry Puree
- 1 1/2 oz. Pineapple Juice
- 1 1/4 oz. Guava Puree
- 3/4 oz. Yuzu Sake
- 1 bar spoon of Coco Lopez
- Coconut Dusted Rim and Coconut Meringue Stick (for Garnish)
- 1.25 x 1.25 Hoshizaki Ice Cubes
Preparation: Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker, shake vigorously, then strain over ice in to double rocks glass. Garnish with coconut dusted rim and coconut meringue stick.
