Ron Barceló’s Scorched Earth Cocktail is a layered spring concoction that pays homage to Earth’s season bloom by infusing ginger, lemon juice, apple cider, cinnamon syrup, aperol and mezcal for a smooth, smoky finish.
- 1 1/2 oz. Ron Barceló Gran Platinum
- Muddled Ginger
- 1/2 oz. Mezcal
- 3/4 oz. Lemon Juice
- 1/2 oz. Cinnamon Syrup
- 1/4 oz. Aperol
- 1 oz. Apple Cider
- Ginger and Orange Slices and Mint Sprig (for Garnish)
Preparation: Build in tin. Shake and strain into a double rocks glass over crushed ice. Garnish with slices of ginger and orange and a sprig of mint.
