Pumpkin Spiced Dominican Coffee
- 1 1/2 oz. Ron Barceló Añejo
- 1/2 oz. Demerara Syrup
- 1/2 oz. Pumpkin Purée
- 4 oz Hot Coffee
Preparation: Build all ingredients in an Irish coffee glass. Top with unsweetened whipped cream. Garnish with star anise.
