Ingredients:

• 1 1/2 oz. Cráneo Organic Mezcal
• 3/4 oz. Agave Nectar
• 2 oz. Horchata
• 1 regular bar spoon Maize Mixture
• 1 drop Pastis (Absinthe)
• 1 piece Corn Kernel for Garnish

Glassware: Double Rocks Glass

Preparation: Combine Craneo Mezcal, agave, horchata, Maize Mixture and pastis to a cocktail shaker and dry shake. Fine strain into a double rocks glass. Gently pack glass with crushed ice to make it fluffy on top. Garnish with 1 corn kernel on top of ice.
