  • 2 oz. Basil Hayden’s Bourbon
  • 1/2 oz. Passion Fruit Puree
  • 1/2 oz. Simple Syrup
  • 1/2 oz. Ginger Chili Shrub
  • 10 Mint Leaves
  • 4 Pineapple Chunks, Lightly Muddled
  • 1 dash of Orange Bitters
  • Crushed Ice

Preparation: Lightly muddle mint leaves and pineapple chunks. Shake all ingredients, pour and garnish with fresh mint leaf.
