The bold punches of Basil Hayden’s Bourbon and exotic flavors like passion fruit are balanced with in-depth flavors including Ginger Chili Shrub, fresh mint leaves, orange bitters, made-from-scratch simple syrup, and muddled pineapple for a well-rounded cocktail.

- 2 oz. Basil Hayden’s Bourbon
- 1/2 oz. Passion Fruit Puree
- 1/2 oz. Simple Syrup
- 1/2 oz. Ginger Chili Shrub
- 10 Mint Leaves
- 4 Pineapple Chunks, Lightly Muddled
- 1 dash of Orange Bitters
- Crushed Ice
Preparation: Lightly muddle mint leaves and pineapple chunks. Shake all ingredients, pour and garnish with fresh mint leaf.
