Rick’s Cabaret New York is serving a special drink all summer, the “Fire Shot.”
It’s poured over dry ice to give it a very cool smoking effect. Available all summer at Rick’s Cabaret New York at the VIP 2nd Floor Bar and on all three floors for table service.
- 1 oz. Peach Liqueur
- 1/2 oz. Cinnamon Schnapps
- 1 dash Tabasco sauce
- 1 dash Grenadine
Preparation: Shake the ingredients and strain into a chilled shot glass. Grab dry ice chip with tongs and place into shot. Be sure to let the dry ice fully sublimate before serving.
