The marriage of DÔA’s LatAsian cuisine and its cocktails could have been a tricky one, but DÔA’s award-winning bar manager, Josh Gonzalez, rose up to the challenge with yet another balanced cocktail that compliments menu offerings – the DÔA Cooler.
The drink’s formula of Kettle One, Soto Sake, Ever Spring Tea syrup, watermelon juice and Yuzu enhances food’s flavors while giving a refreshing zing.
- 1 oz. Ketel One Vodka
- 1 oz. Soto Sake
- 1/2 oz. Ever Spring Tea Syrup (Olong)
- 1 oz. Watermelon Juice
- 1/2 oz. Yuzu
- Dehydrated Lemon & Lime Wheel (for Garnish)
Preparation: Combine all ingredients in a shaker, add ice and shake vigorously. Strain over fresh ice into a Highball or Collins glass. Garnish with a dehydrated lemon & lime wheel.
