The Stallion’s Shadow

Ingredients:
- 2 oz. Dark Horse Big Red Blend
- 1/2 oz. Bourbon
- 1/2 oz. Cherry Herring Liqueur
- 2 dashes Angostura Bitters
- Brandied Cherry and Orange Twist for Garnish
Preparation: Combine Dark Horse Big Red Blend, bourbon, cherry herring liqueur and angostura bitters in rocks glass. Add big ice cube and stir. Garnish with brandied cherry and orange twist.
Masquerade Mule

Ingredients:
- 4 oz. Dark Horse Sauvignon Blanc (Chilled)
- 3 oz. Ginger Beer
- 1/2 oz. Lime Juice
- 2 dashes Angostura Bitters
- Candied Ginger for Garnish
Preparation: Combine chilled Dark Horse Sauvignon Blanc, ginger beer, lime juice and angostura bitters in Collins glass. Fill glass with ice. Garnish with candied ginger.
