Ingredients:

  • 1 oz. Bourbon Whiskey
  • 1/2 oz. Jasmine Liqueur
  • 2 Dashes Peach Bitters
  • Unsweetened Tea

Preparation: Build ingredients in a Collins glass, stir, top with tea. Garnish with lemon slice.

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz. Japanese Whisky
  • Club Soda

Preparation: Build in Collins glass with ice, garnish with lemon and thyme.

Sugar Plum Fairy

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 oz. Umeshu (Plum Wine)
  • 3/4 oz. Vodka
  • 3/4 oz. Fresh Lemon
  • 3/4 oz. Simple Syrup
  • Sparkling Sake

Preparation: Shake, strain. Top with sake, sugared rim and garnish with purple orchid.


Shiso Crazy

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz. Rye Whiskey
  • 1 oz. Shiso infused Plum Wine
  • 1 Dash Chocolate Bitters

Preparation: Stir until well chilled. Strain into rocks glass (no ice) garnish with brandied cherry.
