Through June 30th, 2016 at Hard Rock Cafe locations around the nation, the menu will feature eight international Local Legendary™ Burgers, which capture the flavors and spirit of iconic cities like London, Buenos Aires, Mumbai, and more.

Inspired by the ATOMIC! Burger’s spicy flavor

Ingredients:

  • 3 oz. HRC Lemonade
  • 3/4 oz. ABSOLUT Peppar Vodka
  • 3/4 oz. Canton Ginger Liqueur
  • 1/2 oz. DeKuyper Blue Curacao
  • 1 Ginger Beer
  • 1 Red, Yellow or Orange Sweet Pepper for Garnish

Preparation: Mix lemonade, vodka, ginger liqueur and blue curacao in a shaker, and pour over ice. Top with ginger beer and garnish with a red, yellow or orange sweet pepper.

Created to balance the Jamaican Jerk Burger’s spicy flair

Ingredients:

  • 3 oz. Pineapple juice
  • 1 oz. Sailor Jerry Spiced Rum
  • 1/2 oz. Jack Daniel’s Tennessee Honey
  • 1/2 oz. Jack Daniel’s Tennessee Whiskey
  • 1/2 oz. Monin Almond Orgeat
  • 1/2 oz. Lime Juice
  • 1 Orange Wedge for Garnish
  • 1 Cherry for Garnish
  • 1 Pineapple Wedge for Garnish

Preparation: Mix pineapple juice, spiced rum, whiskey, Orgeat and lime juice in a shaker, and pour over ice. Garnish with a pineapple wedge and speared orange wedge and cherry.

Black Cherry Melonade (Non-alcoholic)

Created to complement the rich espresso of the Java Lava Burger

Ingredients:

  • 1 oz. Black Cherry Real
  • 1 oz. Lime Wedge, Squeezed
  • 1/2 oz. Monin Cucumber Syrup
  • 1 Ginger Beer
  • 1 Cucumber Slice for Garnish
  • 1 Cherry for Garnish

Preparation: Combine Black Cherry Real, Monin Cucumber Syrup and squeezed lime wedge juice. Add ginger beer and gently stir. Garnish with a cucumber slice and cherry.
