Matt’s Own Signature Cocktail

• 1.5 Reposado or Anejo tequila (i like tapatio anejo)
• .5 apple shrub (2 parts apple puree,1 part apple cider vinegar 1 part rich simple syrup)
• .5 amaro ciociaro
• 2 dashes fee brothers black walnut bitters

Preparation: Stir all ingredients and pour over large ice in a rocks glass. Garnish with lemon twist expressing all oil first.
