Jimmy’s Own Signature Cocktail: Banana-hattan

• 2 oz bourbon
• 1 oz coconut water
• 1 tsp agave nectar
• 1 dash black walnut bitters
• 1 price of banana (about 1/2 inch thick)

Preparation: Muddle banana, agave nectar, and bitters, add rest of ingredients, shake and strain over ice in a rocks glass
