Ian’s Own Signature Cocktail: Black Betty *1st place Bay Area Bartender Derby 2014*

Initial Preparation: Muddle 2 blackberries with 5-6 mint leaves

Ingredients:

• 2 oz. George Dickel White
• 1 oz. Lemon juice
• 3/4 oz. Maple syrup
• 1 Egg white

Preparation: Shake vigorously without ice for 5-10 seconds. Add ice & re-shake. Double strain into chilled coupe glass garnish with mint leaf.
