Camber’s Own Signature Cocktail: The Holy Trinity

Ingredients:
  • 5 slices of celery
  • 1 oz. fresh lime juice
  • 1 oz. lemon verbena syrup
  • 1 1/2 oz. American Star Caviar Lime Vodka
  • Q soda

Preparation: In a pint glass add the celery, lime juice and verbena syrup. Muddle. Add Vodka and fill with ice. Shake. Pour all ingredients into a collins glass and top with soda. Garnish with a celery leaf. Cheers

Lemon Verbena Syrup

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup hot water
  • 1 tea bag filled with dried lemon verbena leaves (from my garden)

Preparation: Add the hot water to the sugar and stir until it is dissolved. Add the tea bag and let it steep until desired flavor is achieved. You can not over steep.
