Wendy Hodges has behind the stick for 28 years, and her focus for the past 14 years has been on handcrafted cocktails. “The technical term for what I do is mixologist, but I like to call myself a ‘throwback’ bartender,” says Wendy. “Like the bartenders from back in the day, I use all fresh ingredients in my cocktails.
Jessica Weinstein started her career as a Server at Addie’s of Black Restaurant Group in Washington DC in 2011. As she learned about food and beverage, she worked her way up and in 2013 became the Training and Development Manager for the group’s newest venture, Republic. In the Fall of 2015 she joined JL Restaurant.
Tracey has been in the hospitality industry for over a decade. This born and raised New Yorker has worked in many different kinds of restaurants ranging from wine/tapas bars to sports bars to classic cocktail bars. When the opportunity was presented to her to transition from a server to bartender early in her career.
Adam Rains has a true passion for food, wine, spirits and cocktails. A graduate of SDSU, he earned a B.A. in International Business with minors in Latin American Studies and Spanish. After living abroad in South America, he landed jobs with both Mario Batali and Gordon Ramsay; while working for them, he’s completed.
