- 1 oz. Lustau Vermut Rojo
- 1 oz. Lustau Los Arcos Amontillado Sherry
- 1 1/4 oz. Guava Juice
- 3/4 oz. Ramazotti Amaro
- 2 dashes Siracha Brooklyn Hemispherical Bitters
- 1 dash Angostura Bitters
- Combine all ingredients in a shaker tin with ice.
- Shake and Strain into a coupe with a frothy head.
Garnish: Garnish with a lemon twist and luxardo cherry on a bamboo skewer
This bitter and citrusy cocktail was inspired by the founer of Lustau, Don José Ruiz-Berdejo, and his homegrown Finca in 1896, when the company started.
It has something classic from the portfolio as well as something new to represent where Lustau started and where it’s headed.
I thought to put these ingredients in a tiki style cocktail and use something local from Brooklyn, like me.
