Jack Daniel’s Summer BBQ Sauce and Cocktails for Grilling and Sipping

For The Grill
Jack Daniel’s Honey Whiskey Barbeque Sauce
Whether you’re grilling beef, pork, chicken or shrimp, this yummy BBQ sauce recipe will be finger licking good! Recipe source: Creative Culinary
Ingredients:
- 1 cup Dark Brown Sugar
- 1/2 cup Jack Honey
- 1/2 cup Soy Sauce
- 1/2 Ketchup
- 1/4 cup Honey
- 1 tsp. Liquid Smoke
- 1 tbsp. Sriracha Hot Sauce (or Your Favorite)
- 1 tbsp. Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1 tsp. Dried Espresso
- 2 tsp. Garlic Powder
- 1 tsp. Onion Powder
- 1 tsp. Paprika
- 1/2 tsp. Chipotle Powder
- A Pinch of Cayenne Powder
Preparation: Combine all glaze ingredients in a medium size saucepan. Bring to a boil and then reduce to a simmer and cook until slightly thickened over medium-low heat for about 10 minutes; stirring frequently with a wire whisk.
Summer Cocktails
July Julep
Ingredients:
- 1/4 oz. Lemon Juice
- 1/2 oz. Ginger Syrup
- 2 oz. Jack Honey
- 3-8 mint Leaves
- Crushed Ice
- Garnish with Lime Wedge
Club Honey
Ingredients:
- 1 oz. Jack Honey
- 3 oz. Club Soda
Preparation: Combine ingredients in a rocks glass over ice.
Jack Honey & Grapefruit
Ingredients:
- 1 oz. Jack Honey
- 3 oz. Grapefruit Juice
Preparation: Combine ingredients in a tall glass over ice.

Makes: 1 Pitcher
Ingredients:
- 6 oz. Jack Honey
- 3 oz. Orange Juice
- 1 oz. Cranberry Juice
Preparation: Mix with sliced oranges
