Ocean Vodka Organic Farm and Distillery, opening in February 2013, will highlight the company’s commitment to social and environmentally conscious business practices featuring a new visitor’s center, organic farm, martini garden and craft distillery. Situated on a breathtaking 80-acres on the slopes of Mount Haleakala, the new home of Ocean Vodka captures panoramic views of both the north and south shores of Maui. It is easily reached from Maui’s international Kahului Airport as well as the island’s world-famous resorts.

Ocean Vodka is 100% Certified USDA Organic, gluten-free, and the only vodka in the world made from organic sugar cane and deep ocean mineral water. A proprietary column distillation process produces an ultra-clean spirit that is unrivaled in the marketplace. When this pure refined spirit is blended with deep ocean water, Ocean Vodka takes on a unique, mineral-rich flavor found in no other vodka.

The state-of-the-art Ocean Vodka Organic Farm and Distillery will utilize solar panels to power 100% of the operations of the distillery and facility. The sugar cane will be organically farmed on the rich, volcanic soils without the use of synthetic pesticides and fertilizers and the mature sugar cane will be hand harvested for processing. The Ocean Vodka Organic Farm and Distillery will open to the public for tours in February 2013.
