Latest Dining Option to be Rolled Out as Part of OTG Management’s New F&B Program for Delta Terminal D

The 385 SF restaurant includes bar seating for about a dozen guests. The main shimmering gold wall, inspired by the reflective scales of a minnow, consists of hammered metal and copper layered panels that create a sweeping, wave-like motion across the length of the bar. Television screens are built into a media strip that lines the back wall with a mirror anchored at the center, tilted 90 degrees to reflect the fresh seafood available at the raw bar. The space is bookended by metal panels, and features industrial accents from the stools to the exposed bolts on the bar die.
