Bowling & Burch New World Gin
Born from Master Distiller Steve Beam’s green thumb and a passion for experimentation he inherited from his ancestors, Bowling & Burch is a high-quality, small-batch gin blended with 17 botanicals. Eight of those are grown and tended to right here at Limestone Branch Distillery: bitter orange, black cherry, honeysuckle, rosemary, lemongrass, lemon verbena, blackberry, and coriander. The resulting botanical blend – conserved in an apothecary-style bottle screen-printed with a sophisticated floral motif – is a garden party in a glass just begging for a lemon twist.

Scapegrace Gin Gold
Two guys from New Zealand who didn’t know each other until one married the others sister and then they did. A year sitting in bars and lounges discussing how they always wanted to make their own gin. This is how two brothers-in-law and a part time musician got in to a lot of debt and created a gin that won gold in London and San Francisco.
12 botanicals, nature’s wild apostles. Water, torn from the earth 80 years after it was hurled down on New Zealand’s Southern Alps. A whisky still, 19th century, stumbled upon in a long abandoned shed. These are our ingredients. This is how Scapegrace signs its name around the globe.
Death’s Door Gin
Death’s Door Gin is a product of a simply perfect recipe made from only three botanicals, which all sing through in the taste: Juniper, Coriander, and Fennel. Loaded juniper berries up front; spicy, citrusy notes from the coriander seeds in the mid-palate; and a soft, cooling finish provided by the fennel seeds for a remarkably smooth yet distinctive flavor at 94 proof. All three botanicals interact delightfully with quinine, the basis for tonic. The gift set includes a 500ml bottle of Premium Indian Tonic Water.
