This single-origin rum is aged, distilled, and bottled in Panama. It’s made from molasses that is from locally grown sugar cane, yeast strain, local water, and the barrel also provides flavor. With Grander Rum, which comes in five expressions, the barrel plays a significant role in the development. The distillers have used barrels that have previously held sherry, or ex-rye whiskey and ex-scotch whiskey barrels.
