Brandon Harris’ Own Signature Cocktail: “Stay Gold, Pony Boy”
Ingredients:
- Rittenhouse Rye
- Ginger Shrub
- Fresh Lime
- Egg White
- Ground Black Pepper
- Simple syrup
- Absinthe rinse
Preparation: Start with dry shaking the egg whites and black pepper for approx. 60 sec. then add the rye, shrub, lime, simple and ice to the tin. and continue shaking for another 30 seconds. Rinse glass with a few drops of Absinthe. (I use St. George’s). Strain into glass. Garnish with some lime and enjoy!
