FACUNDO EXQUISITO has received a gold medal at the International Spirits Challenge, in the Rum & Cane Spirits category.
The results we announced on July 7th, 2016 in the United Kingdom.
FACUNDO EXQUISITO is a dark rum made from a blend of 7 and 23 year old rums from the Bacardi family’s private reserves. The blend is aged in oak barrels and finished in sherry casks for a minimum of one month, resulting in a bold, yet delicately balanced rum, with notes of raisins and toasted nuts. FACUNDO EXQUISITO is one of four rums from the FACUNDO Rum Collection, the first luxury collection of hand-blended sipping rums from BACARDÍ. The FACUNDO Rum Collection is handcrafted by the BACARDÍ Maestros de Ron, or Master Blenders, and aged in the Bahamas, a culmination of 150 years of Bacardi family artistry and dedication to the art of rum making.
