- 1.5 oz. Wódka Vodka
- .50 oz. Kaffir Lime Leaf Syrup (1:1)
- .50 oz. Lime Juice
- 1 oz. Ginger Beer
- Float Butterfly Pea Flower Tea
Preparation: Add vodka, syrup and lime juice to a tin. Shake vigorously. Add gunger beer. Strain over fresh ice. Float tea. Enjoy!
Garnish: Pansy Flower
Glassware: Collins or Tall Glass
I wanted to make something interesting with vodka for our fall menu. That’s when I came across the beautiful butterfly pea flower and decided to make a tea and float it. The result is a balance, beautiful, resfreshing and crisp cocktail.
