The Wawel Dragon

Recipe by Jorge Cherriz

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz. WÓDKA
  • 1.5 oz. Lichee Sake
  • 1 oz. Pineapple Juice
  • 1 oz. Jasmine and Lychee Tea

Preparation:

  1. Pour all the ingredients in a shaker.
  2. Shake.
  3. Strain in to a sake bottle.
  4. Make a jasmine helium ballon and attach to the bowl.
  5. Pop the balloon.
  6. Enjoy.

Garnish: Lychee Fruit, Jasmine Helium Balloon

Glassware: Sake Bottle, Bowl

Cocktail Inspiration:

The inspiration come from the polish dragon and the asian ingredients, making a fun and unique lychee martini activating our ice senses.
