The Princess and the Pea

- 2 oz. Pea Flower-infused Wòdka Vodka
- 3/4 oz. Dolin Blanc
- 1 bar spoon Salers Apiritif
Preparation: Combine ingredients in a yari and stir with ice, then strain into a chilled cocktail glass and garnish with a pea flower.
Garnish: Pea Flower
Glassware: Space Coupe Glass
My friend grows edible flowers in her garden and gave me some freshly-picked pea flowers for my drink, which perfectly complimented the floral direction I wanted to go in, as well as providing a peppery flavor and vibrant color.
