Cocktail Inspiration:

The inspiration for this cocktail comes from the final days of summer vacation as a child and being at the beach as the weather changed here in Miami. It goes from just really hot and no breeze to warm and breezy. We used to hit the beach and much on cucumbers and Ritz crackers and I will always remember that combination of salt with the freshness of cucumber and the salinity of the breeze of the water. Pairing that with Wodka and a touch of Gran Classico to add a little depth to this Martini really takes me back to those childhood memories.
