- 1.5 oz. Harleston Green Scotch Whisky
- .25 oz. Sour
- .25 oz. Soda
- .25 oz. Homemade Strawberry, Vanilla, Thyme Simple Syrup.
Then smoked under a dome with fresh peat to smoke the cocktail
Preparation: I make the simple syrup by myself and smoke it before made for the guest.

I work at a scotch pub and wanted to incorporate something that everyone would enjoy both women and men with the flavoring. The simple syrup gives nice notes on the tongue and after smoked gives it a wonder aroma to the cocktail.
