Sunday of Summer

- 1.5 oz. Wódka Vodka
- .75 oz. Dolin Dry Vermouth
- .75 oz. Citrus Peach Puree*
- .5 oz. White Sangria Syrup
Preparation: Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice, shake thoroughly, and double strain over an ice sphere in a rocks glass. Garnish with two peach slices along the side of the glass.
White Sangria Simple
Soaked sangria fruit (a combination of oranges, pineapple, and mango saturated in brandy and chenin blanc) is cooked down with raw sugar and water, cooled down, and then strained.
*Citrus Peach Puree
One whole peach, fresh lemon juice, and Chinese Five Spice are pureed in a blender into finish.
Garnish: Two Sliced Peach Rounds
