  • House Made Walnut Bitters
  • Espresso
  • Smoked Maple Simple Syrup
  • Harelston Green Scotch
  • Citrus Infused Mezcal Spray

Preparation: Making the bitters (2 weeks) smoking the maple syrup, infusing the mezcal with lemon and orange peels.

Garnish: Lemon Flag with Candied Walnut

Glassware: Rocks Glass

Cocktail Inspiration:

Arsland is a region in Scotland where some of the best walnuts in the world come from. When putting together a fall menu I wanted to introduce people to a palatable scotch with a deceivingly smoky nose that was balanced to drink and full of deep rich bitter notes balanced with a Smokey maple sweetness.
