Spring Fling

  • 1 1/2 oz. Harleston Green Scotch
  • 1/2 oz. Ginger Liqueur
  • 2 oz. Coconut Water
  • 1/2 oz. Luxardo Cherry Syrup
  • 2 Mint Sprigs
  • Fresh Rosemary Stem

Preparation: 1 1/2 oz. Harleston Green Scotch, 1/2 oz. Ginger Liqour, 2 oz. coconut water, 1/2 oz. luxardo cherry syrup shake with ice, 2 mint sprigs and a fresh rosemary stem. Strain into a coupe glass

Garnish: 3 Luxardo Cherries on Cocktail Pick

The inspiration was looking for a light and refreshing way to introduce scotch to a non brown alcohol crowd.
