- 2 oz. Harleston Green Scotch
- 1 oz. Earl Grey Infused Creme de Rose*
- 1/2 oz. Lemon Juice
- 3 dashes Hella Bitters Smoked Chili Bitters
- Applewood Chips Smoked Glass
Preparation: Place all ingredients into a shaker tin with ice, shake vigorously, double strain into a butter dish. Smoke Applewood Chips with a hand smoking gun into lid.
*Earl Grey Infused Creme de Rose
One Earl Grey tea bag infused to one cup of Creme de Rose for 10 hours.

For both cocktails I wanted to create something with minimal prep and ingredients in order to showcase both spirits.
