Silker Fox

  • 1.5 oz. Wódka Vodka
  • .75 oz. Lemon
  • .5 oz. Vanilla Orgeat*
  • .5 oz. Amaro Nonino
  • Champagne
  • Egg White


  1. Dry Shake All Ingredients.
  2. Add Ice and Double Shake.
  3. Double Strain into Glass.
  4. Fill to top with Champagne.
  5. Grate Nutmeg for Garnish.

*Vanilla Orgeat

I used a simplistic 1:1 ratio of 4 cups almond milk and sugar with 6.5 Tahitian Vanilla Beans split. Heat and Stir occasionally for about 20-30 minutes and strain.

Garnish: Grated Nutmeg

Glassware: Coupe Glass

Cocktail Inspiration:

Nothing gives me more pleasure than when I find myself drinking a cocktail that is incredibly smooth. Wodka is so easy and smooth to drink by it’s lonesome, it inspired me to create a cocktail that reflects that. Here I built off a ‘Silver Fox’ cocktail, but made it more of a sweet celebration. The vanilla plays well with the Nonino, and a nice brut champagne will give it more life than the traditional club. It’s a symphony of fun, and gives life while remaining true to the base spirit.
