- 1.5 oz. Harleston Green Scotch
- .75 oz. Lemon Juice
- .75 oz. Agave Syrup
- .5 oz. Cointreau
- .5 oz. Giffard’s Pamplemousse
- Cabernet Float
Preparation: Pour all ingredient, except for the Cabernet float, into a shaker tin. Add ice. Shake vigorously until all ingredients are emulsified. Pour over ice. Add soda. Top with a Cabernet float. Garnish.
Garnish: Orange Slice and a Cherry

I live in Phoenix, Arizona, the land of eternal sunshine and blistering heat, as well as the home of the Phoenix Open. The Phoenix Open is a pro-golfing tournament, as well as an excellent excuse to day drink. The inspiration stemmed from golf’s Scottish origins, and a stiff, yet surprisingly refreshing drink for a sunny day out on the greens.
