  • Coconut
  • Greek yogurt
  • Harleston Green Scotch
  • Charred Pineapple and Orange Shrub
  • Fall Spice Syrup
  • Velvet Falernum

Preparation: 4 hour Coconut Greek yogurt fat wash, then coffee filters strain. Char pineapples and oranges on a wood fire grill then add to rice wine vinegar, infuse for 48hrs. For garnish toast coconut in a wood fire oven. Or a conventional oven.

Garnish: Grated Nutmeg and Toasted Coconut

Glassware: A tin Mug or a Clear Glass Coffee Mug

Cocktail Inspiration:

Well I grew up sailing, and when I started racing sail boats 2013 the fallowing year I was invited to go to the Caribbean to Race that spring. So while I was there after every race the whole crew would get a painkiller at the bar. So my cocktail is a painkiller variant using all the same ingredients in a nontraditional Fashion.
