Scotch and Figs

Ingredients:

  • 1.5 oz. Harleston Green Scotch
  • 1/2 oz. Lime Juice
  • 1/2 oz. Ginger Simple Syrup
  • 1/2 oz. Harvey’s Bristol Cream
  • 1/4 oz. Fig Jam

Preparation: Build ingredients in a tin and shake, strain over fresh ice.

Garnish: Prosciutto wrapped fig on a cocktail pin

Glassware: Double Rocks Glass

Cocktail Inspiration:

When I think of fall, I think of my great grandfather sitting on the porch enjoying Scotch on the rocks with a cigar. My other favorite fall memory is snacking on charcuterie boards with friends, celebrating the comradery that comes with working in the food industry. This drink is for the comfort of home, whether it be with family or friends.
