Pear for the Course

- 1/2 oz. Rich Ginger Simple Syrup
- 1/2 oz. Fresh Lemon
- 3 oz. Pear Juice
- 2 oz. Harleston Green Blended Scotch
Preparation: Build in latte glass and either heat under steam or heat pear juice before building.
Garnish: Dehydrated lemon wheel and burnt star anise
Glassware: Latte Glass
I wanted to make a hot toddy with Harleston Green but I wanted it to stand out so I paired the soft fruit flavor of HG with pear and ginger for the perfect cold weather pick-me-up.
