  • 1.5 oz. Wódka Vodka
  • 3/4 oz. Pineapple Juice
  • 3/4 oz. Orgeat
  • 3/4 oz. Egg Whites
  • 3/4 oz. Lemon Juice

Preparation: Place all ingredients into a shaker, then dry shake. Add Ice then shake hard. Strain into a Lotus Bowl then garnish with 6 drops of lemon infused oiive oil.

Garnish: Lemon Infused Olive Oil

Glassware: Lotus Bowl

Cocktail Inspiration:

The true inspiration comes from the shabu shabu pop up our restaurant did last winter called FUYU. It was an amazing concept from the food, service, and cocktails. Which not only brought a new, interesting and fun concept to the guests but to the staff as well. The experience brought people together as a family. Just as this culinary concept, I also wanted to bring something unique to the table that would I think that a Lotus Flower is special and stunning.
