
Me Latte el Whisky

Ingredients:
- Coffee Simple Syrup
- Half & Half
- Egg Whites
- Harleston Green Scotch
Preparation: Add all the ingredients into a shaker. Shake it without ice and than add ice and shake it again. Pour and strain it into a rock glass with a large ice cube.
Garnish: House Made Chocomilk Powder
Glassware: Rocks Glass
Cocktail Inspiration:
The name “Me Latte (me late or me gusta)” it has double meaning for English and Spanish. Me latte it’s because the way is prepares is like a latte coffee but using Mexican coffee brand for the syrup and me being Mexican I call it Me Latte.
