Cocktail Inspiration:

We purchased a Nostalgic Hardware store in 2017 and thought it would only take a few months to open a winery. Taking way longer than expected to open we decided to take reclaimed wood, from what is now part of the winery, and build a bar. I didn’t have enough knowledge to complete the bar myself so I called my best friend Joe to help complete the project. Upon completion we didn’t have many ingredients around to put our new bar to use. We took fresh mint out the garden, had vodka, of course wine, and the rest of the ingredients. I made this cocktail (the first to be had at the newly completed bar) and dedicated it to Joe. I would not have been able to complete the family dream without his craftsmanship. This is now the best selling cocktail.
